the only thing stopping me is the price at around 79,000 yen ( $800 USD ) very
prohibitive even for the Hardcore collectors out there.

The Studio Half-Eye Dangaioh looks pretty complicated. Perfect Change and Transformation. Not so perfect price. Its late eighties mecha excess in all its glory.
