Yamato posts tons of pictures of the upcoming 1/24 ingram. It is HUGE. 33cm equals 13 inches tall. No word yet on diecast, but it looks to have a ton of gimmicks. Check out all the pictures.
Patlabor's Ingrams are a singular achievement in realistic robot design. Most so called robots today are more cyborg in their approach. Why too athletic and human than seemingly possible. Patlabor was trying to be slightly futuristic and was very successful in my opinion.
I'm glad that's just a toy- I'm not in the mood to be killed by a robot yet.
