The nice kids over at 1up.com got together for a TATSUNOKO vs CAPCOM battle royal and where kind enough to film it for us.

Nice Casshern statue from RAWS

Even if you don't know who casshern is, ( don't worry you will once Tatsunoko vs Capcom is released for home consoles ) this is a sweet looking statue.
but at around $160 US Dollars plus shipping, it's a little too rich for me.

Tatsunoko VS Capcom 'Evo 2K8" gameplay Footage
Here are some videos of the much anticipated Tatsunoko vs. Capcom if they don't bring this game over state side, I may have to import this for PS3. ( ah the advantages of a region free system)
It's 3D characters on a 2D battleground with Air combos ala Marvel Vs capcom
only a handful of characters have been announced, but expect this to be a 52+ character affair ala Marvel vs Capcom 2 only better looking.

Character announcements!
CAPCOM fighters announced are: Sora (from Onimusha) & Morrigan (Darkstalkers)
on the TATSUNOKO side we have: Hurricain Polymer fighter & Gold Litan!

MORE CHARACTERS ANNOUNCED FOR TASUNOKO VS CAPCOM

On the Capcom side of things we have Alex from Street Fighter 3, a welcomed addition that I very familiar with.
An interesting and obscure addition for the TASUNOKO team is Gan-chan brilliant robot inventor from the Yattaman series. I hope they make this into a 50+ character game!
Here's the intro to Yattaman just to get you aquianted with the character:

The Two characters are Batsu from rival schools, hopefully we'll See more characters from this cult underappreciated fighter from the golden era of the Sega Dreamcast.

BREAKING CAPCOM NEWS
I didn't want to mention anything until I had a solid lead on this, Capcom has teamed up with 70' & 80's anime giant Tatsunoko to create a new fighting game.
Here are some images of Capcom's latest arcade VS fighting game Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes, featuring characters from Tatsunoko and Capcom. The game will have 2 on 2 tag battle which several new systems, including Super Jump, Aerial Combos, Alternation Attack, Assist Attack, Counter Attack and more.
so far only Gatchaman g-1 Ken,Casshan,Ryu & Chun li have been confirmed.
